Hi. My name is Nikolina Kobali.
My path into digital marketing wasn’t straightforward or planned.
I began my career in international development, working with organisations like UNICEF and other UN agencies. The work mattered, but a personal moment changed everything when my son said, “Mom, Zimbabwe is home.” I chose to stay, build a life here, and create a career with flexibility and purpose.
Digital marketing was emerging at the time, and it offered exactly what I needed — global relevance, independence, and the chance to be my own boss.
Today, I’m an internationally accredited digital marketing trainer, coach, and mentor based in Harare. I help professionals, business owners, and teams build practical digital marketing, social media and AI skills that support real business growth.
Nikolina’s patience, professionalism, and expertise helped me fall in love with the art of digital marketing and as a result, I scored above industry averages in my Professional Diploma course.
